The Brief
This project focused on the detailed design and technical resolution of a small-scale building, translating conceptual architecture into a coordinated construction package. Through the development of plans, sections, elevations, and 1:5 construction details, the project explored how materials, structure, weatherproofing, and thermal performance are integrated within the building envelope. The final submission included a comprehensive drawing set, material and R-value analysis, a physical model, and a reflective design journal, developing an understanding of construction methodology, detailing, and architectural communication.
